Returns

Leon’s wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 5 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, or you may return it by coming in to our Beverly Hills Showroom. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 5 day period. To receive a refund, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received with the original jewelry box or pouch. If returned through the U.S. Post Office, be sure to send it by registered mail, insured for the full retail value. If returning by Federal Express or UPS please insure the package for the full retail value. All return shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Leon’s cannot be held responsible for any return packages that we do not receive with a signed proof of delivery.

Please inspect your items when the package arrives. If damage has been found on the box, please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork. Leon’s will not warrant any damage claims that have not been noted at the point of delivery. You must contact Leon’s at 310-246-0277 within 24 hours to report any damage.
